- How long until my order ships?
Orders are usually shipped once a week, so it can take up to 7 days for a package to be sent out. A shipping confirmation (and tracking # if available) will automatically be sent to your email address. NOTE: during large store updates, please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be sent out!
- Will you restock sold-out items?
Sold-out items that are soon to be re-stocked will be updated with a Pre-Order option in the listing. Please check the item description for the expected by ship date.
- What is your refund and exchange policy?
Refunds/exchanges are not offered, but if there is any mistake or damage to your order, please use the contact form right away with an explanation (and any relevant photos) to have it resolved!
- The international shipping is expensive, are there any other options?
The shipping costs are economy standard rates calculated by USPS. If it still seems high you can send a message with your order items to have it double-checked.
